Description:

Pileus 3.5-4 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, with 2 fused pileus, with brown appressed squamules on a pale ochraceous to orangish brown background, quickly cyanescent. Flesh white quickly and deeply blue cyanescent, with mild odor and taste. Tubes adnexed, with fine white to yellowish white pores, with pores quickly deep blue cyanescent, the tubes not so much. Stipe 3.5 cm long, 2-2.5 cm broad, equal to tapered at base, dry, tomentose to finely lanose, quickly deep blue cyanescent, with a velar zone near base, hollow to chambered, white, quickly deep blue cyanescent.
