Description:

Pileus 10-15 mm broad, obtusely umbonate otherwise plano-convex, dry, heavily tomentose to fibrillose, cinnamon brown. Flesh white to pale pinkish, unchanging, with mild odor and slowly peppery taste. Tubes adnate to almost subdecurrent, reddish brown to English red (8D-E8) with pores concolorous, unchanging. Stipe 2.5 cm long, 2-3 mm broad, ±equal, dry, matted pruinose to matted subtomentose, with interior as in pileus, with pale yellow basal mycelium.
Habitat:

Quercus oocarpa and Quercus sp. Gregarious. On soil.
