Description:

Pileus 5.5-8.5 cm broad, convex to plano convex, with irregular margin, viscid to subviscid, soon drying, glabrous to obscurely finely matted, yellow (3A8), then pale yellows, developing pale brownish tone with age. Flesh white, unchanging, with mild odor and taste. Tubes adnexed to subdecurrent, pinkish flesh color, staining cinnamon brown, with pore pinkish flesh color staining cinnamon brown. Stipe 6.5-8.5 cm long, 1.5-3 cm broad, tapering downward, dry to moist, white and covered with fine scurfy purinosity, this latter pale caramel colored, more dense toward the base, with white, solid interior, with white basal mycelium.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus marginata, Corymbia calophylla. Gregarious. On soil.
