Description:

Pileus 4-7 cm broad, convex to plane, viscid to subglutinous, even, fibrils not apparent beneath gluten, dark brown on disc light brown toward margin, with a slight projecting sterile margin. Flesh whitish with a pale red beneath pellis, slowly and lighty cyanescent above tubes, with a mild odor and taste. Tubes adnexed olive brown, with pores even and lightly cyanescent. Stipe 4-7.5 cm long, 8-10 mm broad, clavate and pinched at the base, dry, whitish above, reddish brown below, with a coarse reticulum and some scattered subpruinosity, with interior yellow in apex and cyanescent, tan to light brown below, with mycelium at base.
Habitat:

Sclerophyll. Eucalyptus, Angophora, Syncarpia, Allocasuarina. Gregarious. On soil.
