Description
Pileus 3-4 cm broad, convex to plano convex, dry, subtomentose then soon areolate, with some dull pale olive on disc, otherwise brownihs red. Flesh white to pale yellow, bluing slowly when exposed, with mild odor and taste. Hymnophore tubulose; tubes greenish yellow, bluing when exposed; pores concolorous, bluing when bruised. Stipe 4.5-7 cm long, 4-9 mm broad, ±equal to slightly broader below, dry, subpruinose to streaked, lemon yellow to yellow at apex, pale red to rhubarb red below, with yellow mycelium at base.
