Description
A comparison of basal and stem leaves of Packera aurea based on S. A. Mori et al. 27940 from the Westchester Wilderness Walk/Zofnass Family Preserve, Westchester Co., New York. The basal leaves are broadly cordate and the stem leaves are oblong in overall shape but are also pinnately dissected. The presence of two types of leaves on the same plant is called heterophylly.
