Description:
Tree, 15 m tall. Bark vertically and shallowly fissured, young individuals in area withouit fissured bark. Bracts of two types, smaller ones green at bases maroon on upper half, the large ones pubescent, the triichomes appressed. Cut petioles exude whit latex, Infl. branched, green, the flowers not pendulous, they arch upward and then downward. Sepals 5, petals 5, free. All other floral parts green except anthers are yellwish-green,. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
