Description:

Cap: 3 cm wide, 0.2 cm thick, yellow and orange, flat, slightly central depression, smooth, faintly radially aligned. Gills: attached to nearly free, crowded, yellowish-white. Stipe: 4.5 cm tall, 0.3 cm thick, smooth, yellow. Ring: yellow.
