Description:

Cap: 1.8 - 2.6 cm wide, pinkish yellow-brown, margin darker. Gills: light beige, attached, slightly free, not close. Stipe: 8 - 10 cm long, 3 mm thick, brownish, dark-brown 2/3 at the base, light-brown close to the gills, velvety (whitish velvet), white mycelium at the base.

On leaves.
