Description:

Solitary or in clusters. Cap: 0.3 - 1.2 cm wide, conical to convex, white, velvety, incurved at the margin. Gills: Whitish, free or slightly attached, notched, close. Stipe: 0.4 - 2 cm long, 1 - 1.6 mm thick, whitish, velvety.
Habitat:

On decaying wood.

Collection Notes: A small cotton-white mushroom with stem and apparently free gills growing gregariously on wood. Note by Z. Chaves, 26 Jul 20114.
