Description:

Tree 9 m tall, the trunk 8 cm diam; bark brown, rough and scaly; fruits yellow-green. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Secondary woods with mostly native species including Sassafras albidum, Populus deltoides, Prunus serotina, Salix spp., Betula populifolia and Quercus palustris.
