Description:

Tree 15 m tall, the trunk 40 cm diam; bark brown, plates longitudinal, thin, overlapping, rough, scaly, light brown. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Freshwater emergent marsh with low, deciduous forest on higher ground.
