Description:

Tree 15 m tall, the trunk 20 cm diam; bark rough, shallow fissured, not scaly or peeling; buds pale green; leaflets strongly retrorsely falcate, mildly spicy fragrant when crushed. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
Habitat:

Deciduous forest.
