Description:

Herb ca 1 m tall, the rhizome yellowish, the stem base (without leaves) ca 40 cm long, leafy portion almost 1 m long; petiole bases reddish/purple. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Railroad right-of-way.
