Description:

Tree ca 20 m tall, the trunk 31 cm diam; bark somewhat resembling Fraxinus bark, grey, thick, the furrows vertical, darker, "v" shaped, the ridges reticulate, about as wide as the furrows, paler, rough.
Habitat:

Rich moist woods.
