Description:
Tree, 25 m x 30 cm. Bark with vertically oriented fissures, the fissures ca. 4 mm deep, the ridges flat, horizontal cracks infrequent. Stems shiny brown, lenticels not conspicuous. Lvs with sparse trichomes in axils between secondary veins and midrib. Immature fruits on ground, 8 mm long, 5 mm wide toward base, the persistent style black, the stigma 5-lobed.
