United States of America. Pennsylvania. Lycoming Co. ca 11 km NE of Lycoming, southern bluffs above Lycoming Creek, along Lower Bodines Road. Alt. 226 m. (741 ft.)

Description:

Tree 25 m tall, the trunk 40 cm diam; bark dark brown/grey, the furrows long, narrow, diamond shaped, the ridges narrow, rounded; fruit gathered from abundant crop directly beneath tree; no other ash nearby. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Moist deciduous forest on north-facing, steep, rocky slope above creek.
