Specimen Notes: Took longitudinal sections of a minute piece taken out from 1.5 cm, from the base of the holdfast, measuring from its very base. It was taken from just beyond the small fruiting piece of frond that is accidentally to large frond, and to its left. The sections shown only two layers of cells.
