Description:

herb 1-1.25 m tall. Sepals white. Petals white with faint red stripes inside. Petaloid filament white basally, light ruby-red distally. Anthers cream-color, style white, stigma cream-color. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Open roadside, moist ground along brook. In dense virgin forest region.
