Bolivia. Santa Cruz. Cordillera Prov. Floodplain and adjacent upland along the Río Seco, 1.5 km NW of highway at the town of Río Seco along road to La Florida. Alt. 525 m. (1722 ft.)

Description:

Terrestrial; roots fleshy. Leaves mottled two shades of green. Lip white inside with purple marks; the other tepals pale orangish creamy.
Habitat:

With Acacia aroma, Tecoma stans.
