Description:

Young tree about 14" diam. and 60' high. Fls. - calyx green, petals milk white at base, apical half purple, staminal plate white. The bruises on fallen fls. are blue green as in Eschweilera decolorans. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

growing in low second-growth in burnt mixed forest on yellow sand.
