Habitat:

Wets-facing slope. Pinus echinata, Quercus stellata, Quercus velutina, Amelanchier arborea, Ulmus alata, Vaccinium arboreum, with abundant sandstone boulders and seep-fed stream with Hamamelis vernalis, Acer rubrum, Ilex decidua, Carpinus caroliniana. On 3" DBH Acer rubrum along stream.
