Description:

Liana growing adpressed to tree trunk. Spadix green externally, the top of the ovary falls off to expose dark colored seeds surrounded by white pulp (= sarcotesta?), seeds 8 x 5 mm. [Photo, DNA, seeds].

Habitat:

Disturbed forest.
