Description:

Unarmed shrub of spreading growth to 6' tall; lvs. thinly leathery, glabrous; fls. in pseudo-term. cymes, turned downward - buds greenish-white - fls. white - anthers yellow - pedicel and calyx enlarged in fr., green; fr. green, globose, probably scarlet when ripe. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
