Description:

Small tree, 3 m, leaves sub-coriaceous, dull gray-green above, paler beneath, calyx pale gray-green, corolla purple, anthers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Rocky cerrado and transition to campo rupestre, on slope. In campo rupestre.
