Description:

terrestrial herb. Succulent herb to 30 cm, stem and petioles and peduncles tinged with red, flowers oriented upward, perianth white. Urticating hairs. USE: Fresh plant brushed on torso to treat "nervos" and "tirar moleza das pernas.". Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Cleared area near beginning of forest trail.
