Location:

United States of America. Hawaii. Kauai Co. NE part of Island near Moloaa Bay. About 1 1/2 mile W of the Bay along a back road which connects to Highway 56 on both ends.

Habitat:

Growing in a sunny exposed area on a dirt cutbank along the road. The plant was seen frequently on the Island in this sort of habitat.
