Description:

Tern. Tern. Stems clustered, forming large clump, 2 m tall, 4 cm diameter, fibrous at the apices. Petioles 1-2 m long with thorns along basal part only; blades divided into 8 segments, the middle one wider than the others.

Habitat:

wet place near sea.
