Thallus K+ yellow. Stictic acid. UV+ orange. Thiophaninic acid.
Habitat:

an open early successional forest of scattered trees and shrubs with Sabal palmetto common. Trees mostly of short stature many of which are commonly associated with pineland habitat. on the bark of buttonwood (Conocarpus erectus).
