Description:

Shrub measured to be 2 m. across by 1.6 m. Base of stems 3-4 cm in diameter. Completely covered with glandular (sticky) hairs. Many lavender, rotate flowrs and immature (green) and mature (orange) fruits. Common name: "Uvilla de monte." Bird (not seen) that consumes fruits called "tocasa" by a local person. Fruit not consumed by humans. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
