Ecuador. Esmeraldas. Quinindé (Canton). The Mache - Chindul Ecological Reserve. Bilsa Biological Station. Mache Mountains, 35 km W of Quinindé, 5 km W of Santa Isabel. Green Trail to Dos Bocas. Alt. 400 - 600 m. (1312 - 1968 ft.)

Description:

Epiphytic climber. Leaves distichous. Petioles winged. Inside of spathe white. Outside of spathe green.
