Description:

Herb 1 m. tall; heads white. "huamantaro" said to be boiled and used for diarrhoea. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Common in weedy roadside thickets. Clearings and second-growth woods and thickets in montane rain-forest region.
