Description:

Vine, climbing trunk of Sabal mexicana, tightly appressed by adventitious roots. Inflorescence green, erect. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Habitat:

Very flat and much of the surrounding area cleared for sugar cane fields. Thickets and woods with evidence of fires, dominated by Sabal mexicana.
