Description:

Shrub 3 ft. to a tree 35 to 40 ft. Bark gray, smooth except on large trees. Flowers cream color, fragrant. Leaves often turn red in March and April. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Small slope settlement near seashore in dry sand.
