Description:

Stems solitary, 5 m tall, 8 cm diameter. Petioles 1.7 m long; ocreas very long and prominent, to 70 cm long; blades with 31 segments, these to 60 cm long. Inflorescences elongate, 1.6 m long, with 6 partial inflorescences. DNA sample.
