Description:

Treelet 0.6 m tall, stem erect, branches divaricate, more or less plagiotrophic; inflorescences horizontally inserted, but bending to the vertical plane, their bracts green and shiny adaxially, light green to whitish-green on central and basal parts abaxially, tightly pressed together in the lower 2/3, rectangularly spreading apically, therefore, only corolla teeth visible; flowers at anthesis with a peculiar scent, white, later on yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
