Description:

Shrub. Shrub 1.5 m tall. Infructescence terminal. Fruits green turning purple. Entire plant covered in yellow trichomes. Leaf base asymmetrical. Silver-beaked tanager eats fruits.
Habitat:

Swampy forest. Palm, Annonaceae, Violaceae dominant. Mixed sand.
