Description:

Tree, 2-3cm diameter; leaves opposite, attenuate, short petiole; flowers fragrant white. Phenology of specimen: Flower and Fruit.
Habitat:

Riparian and floodplain forest; associated with Orbigyna, Pachira, Ceiba, Desmoncus, Cecropia, Cedrela, Bursera simarouba, tall Calophyllum, Calathea, Heliconia with upright orange bracts, Bactris mexicana?.
