Description:

Plants varying from single-stemmed and apparently biennial to evidently perennial, with several equal stems. Flowers with with a yellow eye, small for the section, the limb only 3-5.5 mm wide. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

With sagebrush and scattered junipers on gravelly, sandy knolls in the desert.
