Habitat:

Ridges and rocky ravinbes with small creeks and forest varying from disturbed (Pinus, Betula, Acer) to mature (Fraxinus, Acer, Quercus), open soil banks and large rock outcrops along spillway. On the bark of a birch (Betula).
