Description:

Tree, 6 m tall. Leaves dark green above with all orders of venation pale above, pale green below. Venation plane above and below except for midrib below. Immature fruit and cupule green. Rachis reddish. = Mori # 27117. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Dry, disturbed forest, especially further from the trail head.
