United States of America. Idaho. Lincoln Co. Rolling lava blisters of Snake River Plain, 6 air-km west of Shoshone on Highway 26, 30 miles west of mile marker 162. Alt. 1184 m. (3884 ft.)

Description:

Corolla lemon yellow, corolla limbs weakly bi-lobed; lowerst limb with red dot at throat. All limbs with red penciling. Corolla soon decidupus after anthesis. Plants glandular-puberulent. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

With Poa sandbergii, Gymnosteris nudicaulis, Phlox aculeata, Astragalus purshii. Ca. 2000-3000 plants in seasonally wet areas 5-10 m from either side of road. Plant numbers of individuals fluctuate vastly from year to year. Ownership: Federal Bureau of Land
