Bolivar: Sororopan-tepui, 1656-1980 m alt., Steyermark 60200; at the foot of Auyan-tepui, 400 m alt., in the savanna around Uru)en, rare terrestrial, April 1956, Vareschi & Foldats 4524; vecindades de Km. 125 al sur de El Dorado, subre arenisca, 1155 m alt., "spurless form of No. 92183," December 25, 1963, Steyermark & Dunsterville 92196. (The flowers of these collections are imperfect or missing, so the exact determinations to species are impossible.)
