Description:
Species Description - Rhizomes slender, erect, with a tuft of lanceolate to ovate, brown, glabrous scales at apex. Fronds recurved or pendent; blade linear, 10-40 X 0.6-1.5 cm, pinnatifid; petiole black, with branched hairs or glabrous; ultimate segments > 100 on each side, oblong, 4-10 X 1.5-4 mm, glabrous, the margins entire, the sinuses acute; veins simple, each terminating in a hydathode. Sori 2-8 on each side, located on distal part of segments. In understory of lowland and cloud forests.
