Description:
Genus Description - Plants terrestrial. Rhizomes short-creeping to suberect, with scales. Fronds monomorphic, pinnate, often only pinnatifid toward apex; pinnae toward base of frond petiolulate, other pinnae often adnate on distal side, the pinnae long-acuminate, denticulate; rachis and midrib wrinkled on adaxial surface, with linear scales and hairs on abaxial surface; veins free; blade chartaceous, with conspicuous pellucid dots. Sori round to oblong; indusia absent.
