Using Google Maps - Explore, verified that the supposed formation is actually the Pedra da Conceição using a geo-tagged photo taken atop the formation which contains the words "Pedra da Conceição" (http://www.panoramio.com/photo/42453282). Using Google Maps - What's Here tool, found coordinates (final) for the approximate geographic center of the formation. Using Google Maps - Measure Distance tool, determined linear extent by measuring from the selected final coordinates at the approximate geographic center of Pedra da Conceição (near the summit) to the farthest extent of the base of the formation (-16.016349, -41.287968), which is sharply defined at approximately 800m elevation.
