Brazil. Goiás. Goiás Mun. Serra Dourada, ca. 15 km E. of Goiás on GO-070 from Goiânia to Goiás at crest of Serra, several km W of junction with rd. to Mossamedes. Alt. 850 m. (2789 ft.)

Description:

Herb in low wet area, 10 cm. tall. Hypanthium green with purplish apex, glutinous. Petals lilac. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Campo cerrado with some grazing pressure, next to campo rupestre.
