Description:

Shrub to 2.5 m tall. Flowers white; fruit pale yellow-green with white pubescence. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile.

Habitat:

Submontane forest. With Allanblackia stuhlmannii, Macaranga kilimandscharica and invasive Maeopsis eminii ('Mhesi'). Locally frequent.
