Description:

Perennial herb 0.5 m tall. Fruits somewhat pendant, light green mottled with dark green, ca. 3.5-4 cm long x 3 cm diam., spongy mesocarp almost 1 cm thick. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Growing together with S. viarum (Bohs 3216) but no intermediates noted.
