Description:

Terrestrial; fronds dimorphic; sterile fronds 1 m. long, reduced basal pinnae (auricles), broad brown scales. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
Habitat:

Downstream from streamside camp, cloud forest with tall trees (15 m), palms and tree ferns.
